The cool thing about this workout is that it burns more fat than other workouts by disrupting your metabolism.
This is a good thing. Because while your metabolism is trying to return itself to normal, it’s expending much more energy which equals a higher calorie burn.
It also sculpts the heck out of your body with the way I designed the strength-training elements.
