It requires no equipment and can be done anywhere! All you need is a timer and a little time.
Let’s get after it!
Set a timer for 5-minutes.
Press start and perform each of the moves below, back-to-back, resting only when necessary.
Want an extra challenge? Track how many reps you’re doing for each move (write it down as you go. you won’t remember), then try to beat that number the next time you do this workout.
And if you have more than 5-minutes to train, rest 1-minute after the 5th move and go again.
Repeat as many times as you can!
1) High Knee Jump Ropes x 60-seconds
2) Drop Squats x 60-seconds
3) In & Outs x 60-seconds
4) Starbursts x 60-seconds
5) Standing Mountain Climbers x 60-seconds
