For the first time ever, Adam recently opened his private practice to a limited number of people to train with him online from anywhere in the world.
He takes on a small number of clients through an application process and works with them one-on-one with the same attention and detail as he does his in-person clients, using his custom online platform.
Adam’s a best-selling author, is featured in every health and fitness magazine in print and blog online and is a member of the SHAPE magazine Board of Advisors.
He’s consulted by the nation’s top sports doctors and neurosurgeons for their patients’ fitness and nutrition needs.
Adam learned to cook when he was just 3 years old in his family’s kitchen.
He uses his simple, straight-forward recipes and approach to cooking to take the chaos out of the kitchen and prove that creating delicious, eye-catching meals doesn’t have to be difficult or a disaster.
Adam is the proud founder of Good Eats and Project Strength- not-for-profit organizations that make healthy food accessible and use fitness as a modality to empower at-risk youth to become leaders in their lives and our global community. Both organizations work to create dignity, community and improved health for at-risk youth and their families.
