Hi there! My name’s Adam and I’m so grateful our paths have crossed.
Whether you found me on a TV show, in a magazine, on social media or heard about me from a friend, thanks for taking the time to stop by, here.
I’m a guy from Long Island who’s turned a life-long love for fitness and food into a career that helps millions of people around the world live better lives.
As far as titles go, I’m a Strength and Nutrition Coach. As far as non-titles go, I’m a pretty badass home cook.
To me, strength is more than just crushing it in the gym and nutrition is a hell of a lot more than suffering through some God-awful diet for 30-days.
What separates me from the pack is my ability to help you realize one profound truth:
True fitness creates freedom.
Freedom to live without boundaries and do whatever the hell you want with your life.
Freedom from the mindfu*k so many people experience on the road to health and happiness.
The freedom to realize you’re stronger than you think and capable of things you haven’t even begun to imagine.
It’s like the most powerful drug on Earth. And once you’ve tasted it, you’ll never go back.
A little more about me and my professional day-to-day (and how it can help you).
Privately, I help actors and athletes get in shape to dominate on the screen and on the field. That’s my private practice.
Publicly, I help people from all walks of life get in shape to dominate in the game of… life.
I do so through my videos, books and online platforms as well as with the help of some incredible brand partners like Target and Pure Protein, plus through my work with the media.
Most of the training I put out is totally free. Occasionally, I offer up a structured program for sale. Buy it if you want. Skip it if you don’t.
There are thousands of people around the world who’ve gotten in the best shape of their lives with just my freebies.
If you’re interested in paper qualifications, I’ve got a laundry list of them. Most notably: CPPS, CPT, CFT, CSN, CF-L1.
Letters aside, great coaches are made in the lab. And though I’m young, I’ve been in it the lab for well over a decade getting real results.
On a personal note, and this is important, I require high levels of fun in my life.
You can keep your deprivation and restrictions. You can keep your Sober October and juice cleanses.
You want results? That last?
Stop falling for fads.
I’ve been doing this for a long time and I can tell you that the people who take small steps every day and actually enjoy their lives are the ones who win in the long run.
So yeah, I like a beer with my kale salad as I laugh my ass off with a big group of friends at my kitchen table.
To me, that’s a healthy life.
If that sounds like your idea of a healthy life, we should get along famously.
Let’s get after it and crush this life!
Yours in strength and friendship,
