HIIT workouts are where it’s at, because…
1) They’re FAST – HIIT workouts burn more fat is LESS time.
2) They’re EFFECTIVE – HIIT workouts raise your metabolism, forcing your body to continue burning calories AFTER the workout has ended (something steady state cardio doesn’t do).
3) They’re STRENGTHENING – While long, slow cardio has been shown to erode your hard-earned lean-muscle, HIIT workouts have been proven to not only preserve your muscle tone, but enhance it.
I designed an all-new HIIT routine for you. And it can be done right on a treadmill.

Now, there’s a reason the treadmill is often called the DREADMILL.
It’s boring. Stale. Stagnant.
But, my friends, there’s a better way to use it.
Ramp up the intensity and turn that bad boy into a SHREDMILL!
A little cheesy, I know, but I’m trying to make you laugh here before sending you off to sweat!
I designed this HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout that you can do right on a treadmill.
Print it out or pull it up on your phone and get after it.
Read it over to familiarize yourself, then just follow along with the stated activity for the prescribed interval of time.
The heart of the workout will take you 10-minutes. Add in a dynamic warm-up and post-HIIT stretch and you’re looking at a grand total of about 20-minutes.
Try it out and let me know your thoughts in the comments, below.
