Jumping into a workout cold is a recipe for injury.
I’ve seen it over and over again.
We’re in a rush, so we just jump into a workout. It’s a little like Russian roulette.
A great warm-up will prep your body for exercise and also increase your results.

I call this The Greatest Warm-up Ever because you can do it before absolutely any workout or before any sport and be ready to rock.
It’ll mobilize your joints, create elasticity in your muscles and activate your central nervous system.
I do it before all my personal workouts and have my clients do it before theirs.
And… if you’re seriously strapped for time, you can just do this. No kidding.
