Trouble with going buck-wild at night is that you tend to oversleep the next morning. First thing to go? That a.m. workout you had planned.
I call this my 3-minute miracle. It’s a workout I use myself when I need to sweat fast and get out the door. Give it a go.

Yes, ideally we want to keep our partying/indulging moderate to maintain a healthy balance in our lives, but ya know what? I’m tired of fitness and wellness experts shaming people. It all just feels like a bs ploy to get you to buy more of their stuff.
I say, enjoy your life! Fully. Deeply. Completely. In whatever way makes sense for you.
I hope this little 3-minute miracle helps contribute to that enjoyment in some magical little way. 🙂
P.S. – if you’re looking for a cool way to make someone’s holiday season, here’s an idea: buy someone’s groceries.
Next time you’re checking out, quietly tell the cashier you’d like to buy the person’s groceries behind you. Don’t make a big show of it. This isn’t about you. Just tell him or her quietly, then step aside, let the person behind you check out. Then step back in, swipe your card and enjoy having truly made someone’s day brighter.
And check it out… that wonderful feeling is going to stay with this person (and possibly the kids they have with them) all day, at least. It’s no secret that we all make better decisions when we’re happy. Think about the ripple effect for that person and all the folks they encounter after this small gesture on your part.
Not a bad investment at all.
