Do I need any equipment?

No, unless you count clothes, sneakers, a pencil, paper, and timer.

DO YOU INCLUDE A MEAL PLAN OR DIET?
No specific plan that tells you what to eat and when. Instead you get my expert guidance, wisdom, and advice that’s easy to use and easy to stick to.

It’s a complete exercise plan for total body conditioning that includes strength, endurance, fat loss and cardio conditioning.
