My wife Kate will often do this exact routine when she finds herself overscheduled with work and all the things.
It’s a quick at home workout that gets your heart rate up and works your muscles through various planes of motion.

In a perfect world, before any workout, you’d perform this dynamic warm-up.
But if you don’t have the time, I understand.
It’s not the end of the world if you need to jump right in.
Just make sure to pace yourself.
Move safely, get your form perfect, then dial up the pace.
Maybe the second time you try this quick at home workout, really go for it in terms of intensity.
Always remember, push yourself, don’t hurt yourself.
