I work with a limited number of clients in my private gym on the east end of Long Island. It’s safe,

This isn’t your typical “online training.” We’ll work one-on-one to identify your goals. Then, I’ll sit down and design a custom program, just for you. Spaces are limited as I am actually designing, overseeing and coaching you through a custom program.
