My friends at Cosmo asked me to create a beginner bodyweight workout routine people of all levels would love.

Something that would be great for people who are just starting an exercise routine, but one that would also be challenging for folks who’ve been working out for a while.

This is what I came up with!

We shot the video for this on my hometown beach on Long Island.

Quick heads up… some of the language in the Cosmo workouts is directed specifically toward women.

Not in a derogatory way. Just phrases like, “Hello my strong, beautiful Cosmo women!” in the intro.
