If you don’t have access to a gym or just don’t have a lot of time on your hands, I think this is the best home bodyweight workout. 

Sure, I’m a little biased, but I’m not alone.

I created this workout for my friends at PopSugar and it’s been done more than 3 million times to date.

Just thinking about all the people around the world using this workout to move toward a healthier, happier life makes me smile 😅

Use this routine to:

  • Burn fat
  • Build lean muscle
  • Develop strength
  • Increase stamina
  • Improve mood

The entire session lasts just 30 minutes and requires zero equipment, but don’t be fooled.

This is intense.  

Make sure to follow these tips: 

  • Go at your own pace
  • Drink water throughout
  • Take breaks if/when needed

Always remember, push yourself. Don’t hurt yourself.

If you’re looking to turn this into a home bodyweight workout plan, repeat the workout up to three times per week on non-consecutive days.

    My question- where is Anna’s workout top from? She’s always a great fitness leader!!

      Love Anna! My guess is that the workout top is from Target’s C9 line, but really not sure.
