Use this routine to:
- Burn fat
- Build lean muscle
- Develop strength
- Increase stamina
- Improve mood
The entire session lasts just 30 minutes and requires zero equipment, but don’t be fooled.
This is intense.
Make sure to follow these tips:
- Go at your own pace
- Drink water throughout
- Take breaks if/when needed
Always remember, push yourself. Don’t hurt yourself.
