  • Blender


  • 1 cup spinach or kale fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup kefir or yogurt plain
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1/3 cup vanilla or plain protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves optional
  • 2 tbsp shelled pistachios unsalted
  • 1 tbsp ground flax, hemp or chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 ice cubes optional


  • Toss all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust water as/if needed to desired consistency
