Perfectly Crispy Oven Cooked Bacon

Ingredients
  

  • 8 slices bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450
  • Place bacon in a single layer on a roasting tray. It's ok for it to touch. Just make sure it doesn't overlap.
  • Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, checking every 5 minutes and flipping occasionally.
  • Remove from oven and transfer bacon to a paper towel-lined plate or cutting board to drain off excess fat.
  • Serve.
