The Best Gyms in Montauk? Our Clients Go Wild.

If you’re looking for the best gyms in Montauk, hopefully I can help.

Cause my guess is… you’re coming up pretty empty-handed.

If you just want to get in touch about training, email us here- staywild@wildstrengthclub.com.

I dive into the particulars of why I opened Wild Strength Club, below, if you’re interested. I think it’s one of (if not the) best gyms in Montauk.

Very happy clients agree. Click here and scroll down to see some great testimonials.

Wild Strength Club is a small, private gym where I train clients 1-on-1 or in very small family units.

My focus is to help you build a body that’s leaner, stronger and healthier. But most importantly, one that helps you enjoy every aspect of your life.

Our gear is minimalist. What I like to call “all killer, no filler.”

Weights and conditioning equipment (assault bike, versa climber, sled, ropes, etc.) plus my brain.

I’ve spent nearly two decades learning the science of fitness both in the classroom and in the lab of life – the gym.

You can read more about me here.

Most of my private work is with actors and pro athletes, but Wild is open to anyone with a goal and the willingness to work toward it.

If you’re looking for a commercial gym where you can grab a membership or pay a day rate and use the equipment, Wild isn’t for you.

But if you want a custom approach to fitness that’s right for YOUR body, there’s no place better.

My approach has been featured in magazines like SHAPE, where I’m on the Advisory Board, Men’s Journal, SELF, Men’s Health and nearly countless others.

More on why I opened Wild…

I grew up on the east end of Long Island. After COVID hit, my wife and I moved from the city to our house out here, full time.

After some though, I decided to open my gym in Napeague. That’s the stretch of highway between Amagansett and Montauk.

My original plan was to open a gym in Montauk. But having grown up out here, I know the seasonal nature of the east end.

It was really important that I serve people, year-round. And that means being easily accessible to surrounding towns.

So if you find yourself Googling things like personal trainer East Hampton, you’ll find us.

Napeague is central.

It’s just as easy to get to from Montauk as it is from Amagansett and East Hampton. 15 minutes, maybe 20-30 if the traffic’s backing up.

I don’t publicize the address to avoid drop-by’s. But please feel free to send us an email and we can see if we’re a fit.
